By purchasing or using Lugg Lockers, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Product Purpose
Lugg Lockers are designed to assist in reducing unwanted loosening of drum tension rods during normal playing conditions. They are intended for use on compatible drum hardware when installed correctly and without force.

Drum kits, lugs, hoops, tension rods, and finishes vary widely between brands, materials, ages, and manufacturing tolerances. For this reason, correct sizing and careful installation are essential.

Correct Fit and Installation
Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected Lugg Locker size matches their drum lug measurement prior to installation.

Lugg Lockers must not be forced onto any lug, tension rod, or hardware component. If resistance is felt or the fit appears incorrect, use should be discontinued immediately.

Use of Lugg Lockers on an incorrect lug size, or installation involving force, modification, or misuse, is considered improper use.

Warranty and Remedy
If a Lugg Locker experiences a serious failure under normal use and correct installation, the customer may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

To assess a warranty claim, Christian Nativo or Lugg Lockers may request reasonable proof, which may include clear measurement of the lug being used (flat to flat), confirmation that the correct Lugg Locker size was selected, and photos or video showing the product and its installation.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, or damage resulting from incorrect sizing, forced installation, or misuse are not considered product failure.

Assumption of Risk
By using Lugg Lockers, you acknowledge that drum hardware is subject to normal wear, individual setup differences, and variations in materials, finishes, and tolerances.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs to tension rods, lugs, hoops, shells, bearing edges, finishes, or any other part of a drum kit during use, the user accepts responsibility for that risk unless a confirmed product failure under normal use is established.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christian Nativo and Lugg Lockers are not liable for damage to drums, drum hardware, or related equipment arising from the use, misuse, or incorrect installation of Lugg Lockers.

This includes, but is not limited to, damage to tension rods, lugs, hoops, shells, finishes, tuning components, or accessories.

No Guarantee of Outcome
While Lugg Lockers are designed to assist with tuning stability, results may vary depending on playing style, tuning tension, drum condition, hardware design, and setup. No guarantee is made that tuning stability will be identical across all drum kits or playing conditions.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using Lugg Lockers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, Lugg Lockers should not be used.
