We want you to be confident when purchasing Lugg Lockers and we’re happy to help if something isn’t right.

Returns and Refunds
If your Lugg Locker has a serious manufacturing fault or fails under normal use and correct installation, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

To assess a return or refund request, we may ask for reasonable proof, such as: • Clear measurements of the drum lug being used (flat to flat)
• Confirmation that the correct Lugg Locker size was selected
• Photos or video showing the product and how it was installed

Incorrect Size or Installation
Returns or refunds are not available if the product was: • Used on the wrong lug size
• Forced onto the lug or hardware
• Modified, damaged, or misused
• Showing normal wear or cosmetic marks from use

Change of Mind
Change of mind returns are not accepted once the product has been used or installed. If the product is unused and in original condition, please contact us before returning so we can confirm eligibility.
