Lugg Lockers was founded by professional touring and recording drummer Christian Nativo. With more than 25 years of experience performing across Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Japan, Christian has spent his life behind the kit on stages of every size and in studios across the country.

After thousands of shows over his career, Christian kept seeing the same problem. When drummers play rim shots, the drum hoop flexes for a split second, the tension on the head drops, and the tension rod begins to unwind. That slow unravel leads to detuning during songs and during sessions, which ruins consistency and tone.
